The fourth meeting of the European Political Community brought together leaders from across the continent at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire, the United Kingdom.
Mr Kier Starmer had a valuable opporutnity to introduce himself personally to all European countries that attended the summit and to affirm and reaffirm or even to assert the foreign policy UK is committed to follow more dynamic more supportive more communicative relationships with the European countries.
I sense that Mr Starmer overtly alignes himself with some trends can not be avoided. His message is “we are all good, we are with Europe, we strengthen ties with Europe, we appreciate everyone…. Ukraine, yes, of course… all that bribery everyone has to bribe about not to sound a deserter from the trend but underneath he is making sure UK gets its own way and its own interest and needs met. Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin’s (so hated overtly but so worthy and sincerily to be admired) way: an iron feast in a velvet glove.
The leaders reaffirmed their continued support for Ukraine and discussed the topics of energy and connectivity, security and democracy, and migration.
The EU was represented by the President of the European Council, Charles Michel.
43 heads of state and government took part in this fourth meeting of the European Political Community, from: EU countries, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Lichtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine and United Kingdom.
Zelensky was guest of honor, sat at the UK PM right side and had another poisonous speech about Russia and Putin that proves that peace is not on his mind, the invitation for Russia to the second peace summit to be organized is a most insincere one, was imposed by other forces Zelensky has to comply with, and that intends and proceeds to more and more escalation in the battlefield. At the end of this war his victory that looks less and less alike the initial claims of 1991 borders will be in fact a bunch of unforgettable poisonous rattles and many promises and Mr Starmer with his genius prefers to give Mr Zelensky plenty of attention, not another 0.5% UK tax payers money defense military aid.
